Appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. We recognize that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary and respectfully request a minimum of  24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed within this time frame will incur a full service charge.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. By reserving an appointment with your credit card you agree to this Cancellation policy as confirmation emails are a courtesy and may end up in your spam folder.
